Restoration process

We start the engine ovehaul with the original engine casings and replace the Clutch assembly, cluster assembly, main shaft, gears, corona cluster, bearings and carburettor (SPACKO). When the engine is complete it is polished and buffed to perfection.

The chassis is completely stripped of all paint and all imperfections are removed. It is then primed and finishe with PPG 2K paint. The front and rear shocks are replaced with new Gabriel shocks and brake drums are machined and fitted with new brake shoes. All cables, levers and grips are replaced. Wheel rims are either painted or chromed and the speedometer is replaced.

When we deliver the scooter to you you can rest assured that it is in tip top condition and will give you many years of reliable service.
